200,000 CZK including VAT with the payment within 5 days of the conclusion of the contract.

1st deposit

15% of the purchase price including VAT after the deduction of the paid Booking Fee within 10 days after the conclusion of the Future Contract.

2nd deposit

45% of the purchase price including VAT within 30 days after the completion of the gross building.

additional payment

40% of the purchase price including VAT within 30 days after the issuance of the occupancy permit (approval).

Questions and Answers

Is the reservation fee refundable?

The reservation fee is not refundable.

When will I be asked to sign the Agreement on a Future Contract?

The Agreement on a Future Contract will be signed immediately after a binding reservation and the payment of the reservation fee.

I would like to pay the property entirely by my own funds, is it possible to negotiate individual payment terms?

Based on the client´s request, this possibility will be assessed by the developer and negotiated with the buyer individually.

I will ask for the assignment of the contract to somebody else during the construction, is this possible?

Yes, this possibility exists.

How is the last repayment of the price of the apartment carried out, is it payable before the final inspection (approval) or after it?

The last repayment of the price of the apartment will be carried out after the final approval (occupancy permit) has been issued. The buyer will be asked to sign the Purchase Agreement within 15 days of the issuance of the approval. The client is obliged to make the balance payment within 30 days of the date of delivering this call.
