200,000 CZK including VAT with the payment within 5 days of the conclusion of the contract.
15% of the purchase price including VAT after the deduction of the paid Booking Fee within 10 days after the conclusion of the Future Contract.
45% of the purchase price including VAT within 30 days after the completion of the gross building.
40% of the purchase price including VAT within 30 days after the issuance of the occupancy permit (approval).

The reservation fee is not refundable.
The Agreement on a Future Contract will be signed immediately after a binding reservation and the payment of the reservation fee.
Based on the client´s request, this possibility will be assessed by the developer and negotiated with the buyer individually.

The last repayment of the price of the apartment will be carried out after the final approval (occupancy permit) has been issued. The buyer will be asked to sign the Purchase Agreement within 15 days of the issuance of the approval. The client is obliged to make the balance payment within 30 days of the date of delivering this call.
